Trampoline fitness made a huge number of people love it! When we started two years ago people who have seen our photos reacted with disbelief and shock. Once they’ve heard the phrase “trampoline fitness” they imagined huge garden trampolines on which several people jump at a time :P
Let’s face the truth:
Very fast fat burn is characteristic for this training that’s why effects can be achieved in a short period of time. Anyway the trampolines stick amortizes all performed exercises thanks to it the joints are not overburdened. People who didn’t like group trainings because of lack of coordination are becoming admirers of our trainings. Here everyone has his own trampoline, his own work space therefore if anyone confuses directions or performs the exercise in a different rhythm it doesn’t bother anyone else. These are not all of the advantages of trampoline fitness. The most important aspect is the atmosphere prevailing during the classes. The trampoline unleashes positive emotions and releases huge amounts of energy in us. Thanks to this fact the classes are mentally comforting and make you want to return. Mental fatigue and lack of motivation leads us to quitting.
